This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas AI OS collects, uses and protects information when visitors use atlas-director.com.
Atlas may collect information that visitors voluntarily provide, including names, email addresses, company details and messages submitted through contact forms.
We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, referring pages and general usage data.
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the website, provide requested services, maintain security and communicate about Atlas products or partnerships.
Atlas may use essential cookies and privacy-conscious analytics to understand website performance and improve the visitor experience. Third-party services may use their own cookies according to their respective privacy policies.
Some pages may contain affiliate links. When a visitor follows an affiliate link, the external provider may use cookies or tracking technologies to attribute a qualifying purchase or booking.
Atlas does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers required to operate the website, comply with legal obligations or protect the security of Atlas and its users.
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law.
Depending on applicable law, visitors may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information.
Atlas may link to third-party websites. Atlas is not responsible for the privacy practices, content or security of external websites.
Atlas offers an optional TikTok integration that lets an account holder connect a TikTok account and send a video to that account's TikTok inbox as a draft.
Data received from TikTok: when an account is connected, Atlas receives the TikTok open_id, display name and avatar URL, an access token, a refresh token, token expiration information, and status metadata for any video sent to TikTok (such as an upload/publish identifier and its processing status).
Purpose: this data is used only to connect the TikTok account, display the connected account's identity in Atlas, send a video to that account's TikTok inbox as a draft, refresh the authorization when needed, and show the status of a draft send. Atlas does not use this integration to post or publish content to TikTok directly on an account's behalf; a video sent through Atlas arrives in TikTok as a draft that the account holder must finish and post from within TikTok.
Storage and security: TikTok tokens and the TikTok open_id are encrypted at rest. Tokens are never exposed in the browser or written to logs. TikTok data is never sold.
Retention: TikTok tokens and the TikTok open_id are retained only while the account remains connected. Display name and avatar are retained while connected and refreshed from TikTok as needed. All of this data is deleted when the account is disconnected. Operational metadata about a draft video send (such as its status) is retained for no more than 30 days. Related security/audit events are retained for no more than 90 days and never include tokens or the raw TikTok open_id.

This policy may be updated as Atlas services and legal requirements evolve.
