Atlas AI OS is an artificial-intelligence operating platform designed to coordinate digital agents, automation workflows, content operations and business-related tasks.
References to “Atlas”, “Atlas AI OS”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to the operator of the website available at atlas-director.com.
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the website and its services.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use services that require registration, payment or a commercial relationship.
If you use Atlas on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Atlas may generate recommendations, summaries, plans, content, analyses and other outputs using artificial-intelligence technology.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on, publishing or acting on them.
Atlas outputs are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated advice.
Certain Atlas services may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
You should notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
The Atlas name, website design, software, branding, graphics, documentation and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit protected Atlas materials.
Atlas may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, hosting providers, software services, affiliate partners and external websites.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security or business practices.
Atlas offers an optional integration that lets you connect a TikTok account. By connecting, you authorize Atlas to access that TikTok account for this workflow only, using the user.info.basic and video.upload permissions — Atlas does not request permission to publish directly to TikTok through this integration.
When connected, you choose a video to send. Sending it does not publish it to TikTok publicly. The video is delivered to your TikTok account's inbox as a draft, and you must finish editing and post it yourself from within TikTok.
A caption you enter in Atlas is not transmitted to TikTok as part of this process; it is provided so you can copy and paste it into TikTok yourself.
You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from within Atlas. Disconnecting revokes Atlas's access to your TikTok account and removes the associated TikTok data Atlas holds.
Your use of TikTok itself remains governed by TikTok's own terms of service, independent of these Terms.
Some pages may contain affiliate links. Atlas may receive a commission when a visitor uses an affiliate link and completes an eligible purchase or booking.
Affiliate relationships do not increase the price charged by the third-party provider unless that provider expressly states otherwise.

If Atlas introduces paid plans, subscriptions or professional services, the applicable price, billing period, refund rules and service scope will be presented before purchase.
Additional commercial terms may apply to specific services or client agreements.
We may update, suspend, modify or discontinue website features, integrations or services when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or free from interruption.
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, that every AI output will be accurate or that use of Atlas will produce a particular commercial result.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the website, third-party services or AI-generated outputs.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may restrict or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, creates security risks, misuses the platform or engages in unlawful activity.
We may update these Terms when the platform, legal requirements or business operations change.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and mandatory consumer protections relevant to the operator and the user.
Where legally permitted, disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication before formal proceedings are initiated.
